PROBLEM

Forhome Renovation is a local home renovation company providing kitchen, basement, bathroom and large scale renovation. Its existing website showcases its services, past projects, and company information to attract customers and build reputation. However, the current website has several issues and fails to create more leads:

- Not enough contents:

  • There is no contact information on the website.

  • The service descriptions are unfinished.


- Usability issues:

  • Navigation bar overlays on the content on "Services", "Work" and "About" page.

  • Texts on “Get a Quote” button is invisible when hovered over.


- Malfunction:

  • The message component is not working so they cannot get any client information.

  • Testimonials are not up to date with google review..
